Traceability at
every step.

Step 01

Source Verification

All minerals are sourced from verified artisanal mining zones (ZEA) registered with the DRC Ministry of Mines. Mine-of-origin is documented at point of purchase.

Step 02

Tagging & Bagging

iTSCi tags are applied at source. Each bag is sealed, weighed, and recorded in the iTSCi tracking system before leaving the mining area.

Step 03

Laboratory Testing

All minerals are tested by accredited laboratories before export. Assay certificates are issued for gold, and XRF/wet chemistry for other minerals.

Step 04

Documentation Package

Complete compliance documentation is prepared: OECD report, iTSCi certificate, conflict-free declaration, export permit, and certificate of origin.

Step 05

Export & Delivery

Minerals are exported through official DRC channels with full customs documentation. All documents are provided to the buyer prior to or with the shipment.
